My Story

I am a Certified Integrative Health Coach passionate about helping people change their lives to achieve their optimal health goals.  I completed my training and certification at Duke Integrative Medicine.  I am also a certified mediator.

I practice mindfulness meditation daily, having built upon my study and practice of mind-body coordination since pursuing a degree in philosophy.  I studied with David Edward Shaner, PhD, one of the world’s leading experts on mind-body coordination, behavior change, and Japanese philosophy at Furman University.  I have practiced law for the past nine years and understand well the challenges that a professional career can present for living a healthy lifestyle.

I started my journey of healthy living over nine years ago by eliminating soft drinks from my diet.  Healthy living is now the primary focus of my life, having experienced first-hand all the benefits a healthy lifestyle can bring.
